Dr. Frey is the principal dentist and owner of Perfect White Smile , a premier dental office in Beverly Hills, London and Dubai. For over 35 years he has been providing celebrities and dignitaries with beautiful, healthy smiles to help them to look and feel their best. He has authored many books on dentistry and has written scientific literature for many world wide journals. He holds several patents and is currently the inventor of the Zone Mouthguard for sports and the ClenchRelief Mouthpiece for TMJ symptoms. He has appeared in People magazine, Daily Mail, and many television shows. He resides in Los Angeles with his beautiful wife, Stephanie and his two children, Aaron and Ashley.
David Kingsdale
David Kingsdale is the Co-Founder and CEO of King’s Ransom Group, a healthcare-focused M&A advisory firm specializing in dental practice and multi-site group transactions. With more than 35 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, he advises dentists on practice sales, recapitalizations, and DSO partnerships, bringing an institutional approach to maximizing value and managing transaction risk. Previously, David served as Head of Acquisitions at Acceleration LLC, where he led multiple transactions totaling approximately $150 million in enterprise value. He also serves as Chairman of the Independent Trustee Board of GreenFi.com, advising on corporate governance and strategic growth. David began his career as a corporate M&A attorney and holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.A. from UCLA.

Darren Sardoff is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of King’s Ransom Group, a healthcare-focused M&A advisory firm specializing in dental practice and multi-site group transactions. With more than 30 years of experience across investment banking, corporate M&A, and principal investing, he advises clients on strategic transactions and partnerships with DSOs and institutional investors. Previously, Darren was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Act II Capital LLC, where he helped oversee investments in more than 100 public and private companies across a $450 million portfolio. He has also held roles in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Cowen & Company, and in corporate M&A at Time Warner. Darren began his career at Ernst & Young
